There are many parts to building a Website. Designing, Coding, Publishing, and Hosting. Hosting is the process of hooking a website to an IP address aka Domain (ex: youtube.com is a domain name) in order for search engines (Google, Safari, Firefox, Edge, ETC.) to be able to find you when looked up. Hosting is a fixed fee and does require coding knowledge to properly hook up. Essentrix advices their clients to turn over hosting to them in order to allow for maximized website efficiency and SEO, however some people already outright own their domain and don't want to relinquish it and have to buy back if they were to leave an agency for any reason.
